What we collect

Student registration collects your name, email, phone number, learning interest and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. The portal stores your registration payment reference and verification status. Enquiries collect the details you enter, including employer requirements.

Your CV and photo

You may save a CV and an optional profile photo. Your CV is private to your account. The talent team can view it for matching only when you opt in. You can withdraw that permission or remove your photo in the CV editor. CVs are not publicly searchable on this site.

How we use it

Micheru uses this information to manage registrations, respond to enquiries, arrange training and provide requested career or talent services. With your talent consent, relevant CV information may be shared with prospective employers for matching. Tell the team if you want any specific employer excluded.

Access, retention and deletion

Authorised staff can access registration and enquiry information. Contact the Micheru team to request access, corrections, account deletion or information about retention. Information needed for legitimate administrative or record-keeping purposes may need to be retained; the team will explain this when responding.

Cookies

This site uses a necessary session cookie to maintain sign-in and protect forms. It does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Payment information

The site records a payment reference for manual verification. It does not collect card numbers or process card payments.

Young learners

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before registering or sharing personal information.
